Cancellation and refund.
With conditions Paddle.

1. Valid conditions and legal seller

For Paddle sales, the legal seller is the Paddle entity specified on the payment screen and receipt. VulKill Security provides product and technical support; Payment refund is processed through Paddle.

Refund eligibility and amount are evaluated according to Paddle policy and legal rights.

2. Cancel subscription renewal

You can request cancellation via the subscription management link in the Paddle receipt or from Paddle customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future payments.

Canceling the renewal does not automatically refund the existing payment. Refunds are evaluated separately.

3. Return and legal rights of withdrawal

Eligible consumer contracts may include 14 daily right of withdrawal and full refund. Scope and exclusions vary by country and transaction. These rights are reserved.

Paddle decides on requests other than the legal right to refund according to its own policy. Applying only within 14 days does not mean that the refund will be accepted. Rights regarding defective service are also protected.

4. Refund application and deadline

Use the support link on the receipt or the return option on paddle.net. For VulKill product support, you can reach info@vulkill.com. The transaction number and the email used for purchase are sufficient; Do not send the password or entire card.

Approved returns are processed within the timeframes in policy Paddle, with the same payment method whenever possible. For legal withdrawal, valid legal periods are taken as basis; It may also take time for the bank to reflect it in the account.

5. Version applied to the transaction

The conditions and acquired rights valid at the transaction date are preserved. Next page updates do not retroactively restrict rights from previous purchases.
